Excellent fixed blade knife with a sturdy design are the Benchmade Nimravus knives. In order to improve hand grip, the ergonomically designed full tang handle has a deep groove for the index finger and a notched thumb ramp above. The handle scales are constructed from aluminum 6061 T-6 that has been performance-anodized. The Benchmade Nimravus family of knives come with a tough, MOLLE-compatible nylon sheath. The Benchmade Nimravus Kydex sheath can be bought separately as well.
